Superb service
Kerry was an amazing help when it came to choosing our new mattress. She took her time and explained everything we needed to know. Dreams gave us excellent customer service from the purchase in the shop to the delivery, and the recycling of our old mattress too.

Was greeted by a friendly member of staff who assisted me in choosing a mattress for my elderly mother who suffers from Osteoporosis. Good customer service, straightforward ordering process and pretty quick delivery time given. All in all, a good experience!

The retail team at Braintree were…
The retail team at Braintree were superb in every regard. Very informative and friendly throughout the sale process. And, managed to get our sofa bed delivered, just in time for Xmas.
The delivery team had no supporting equipment to transport the bed from the delivery van to our bedroom. This meant the bed in it's box had to be rolled end on end into our property were it scuffed the door frame during entry.
Quality of our new Sofa Bed was excellent and looks terrific now assembled.
The assembly instructions and associated diagrams were very poor with small diagrams, making the process of fitting the arms very difficult. Fitting the rear retaining nut to the arms is virtually impossible without lifting the bed onto it's arms to access the underside, this takes two persons.
Overall, happy with the product but some areas of the sale as outlined need improving.

I had a good experience
I had a good experience, customer service was very helpful as our bed had been slightly damaged in transit and dreams was more then willing to refund us for the damaged parts/ or replace them.

I walked into dreams today for a look around and was approached my a lovely young man named Kyle he could of not been more help full, he took me around the shop showing and explaining perfectly how evrything worked he even made a few jokes that were so funny and he spoke to me like we was freinds thank you Kyle

We bought our mattress in the Braintree…
We bought our mattress in the Braintree store at the beginning of December. We tried the mattress computer to whittle down our preferred mattress type.
The lovely polite but humorous sales assistant showed us six different products to try.
We quickly found our perfect match, and it was delivered a week later.
It was delivered on time by a couple of strong lads, who also took our old mattress away in the huge plastic bag which Dreams had supplied us with at point of sale. A small charge was incurred for this but it was very convenient.
An all round easy painless experience!!!!
