Best experience at Dreams Braintree Freeport, James
From the beginning visiting the Dreams store in Freeport Braintree, the customer service was outstanding & James has such amazing intellect regarding the company and how to discuss all the information over to the customer. I was amazed by the choosing process & wasn’t pressured at any time. The experience made me feel at ease and blown away! So from start to finish, I’m most definitely extremely happy with my product! It’s very true what they say, buy cheap buy twice! I’ve never had such a gorgeous, lovely bed base, mattress and headboard ever and it’s lovely. Thank you all at the store but especially James.

A excellent range of beds and after…
A excellent range of beds and after using the mattress sleep/style finder it was easy to select a couple of options - firm or soft.
I was pleasantly surprised with the whole expedience as choosing a mattress say every 7 years or so is not a regular occurrence.
Well done Dreams and the assistant.

Very pleased with service from the sales lady Ann in Braintree to the delivery men who were very cheerful and obliging. Was very impressed that they wore covers over their shoes when coming in the house. Am also very pleased with the mattress that I bought. Is lovely and comfortable. Altogether, am very happy thank you!

Very happy with dreams
we were kept in formed on the day of the delivery of our mattress and it arrived on time. My son is very happy with his mattress and has been saying how well he has been sleeping on it, we have been very happy with our experience with Dreams

Lovely and helpful staff
Kyle and Kerry were really welcoming and extremely helpful when I walked in towards the end of the day. Helped me to understand the varieties of beds that would accommodate best for myself and my partner. Very positive and smiley and nothing was too much for them. Great customer service :)

Treated like a friend as well as a customer. Very clean store, employees are lovely, will allow you to take the time that you need to choose what you want, will listen to the requirements that you have and provide advice. LIDAR-ed appropriately. :D
