The young man was very helpful, pleasant and knew his products. He answered all my questions and showed me round the showroom without rushing me.

Agnes truly went above and beyond in every way. From my first phone call, she listened carefully to my back problems and personal circumstances, and instead of letting me order online, she kindly suggested coming into the store so I could try the mattresses properly. She introduced me to the Dreams sleep technology machine, explained how it worked, and then patiently guided me through testing different mattresses until we found the one that gave me the right support. She didn’t rush me, answered all my questions with genuine care, and made sure I felt confident in my choice.

What meant even more was her thoughtfulness in helping me with a competitive price, understanding the challenges I’m facing at the moment. That level of empathy is rare, and it made such a difference. From start to finish, Agnes made me feel welcome, comfortable, and valued — I left not just with the right mattress, but with a warm feeling from her kindness. She is a true credit to Dreams, and I’ll happily recommend her to friends and family.

Good customer service

I had d a great experience at Dreams in Beckton. I bought an ottoman bed and was really impressed with the service. David was pleasant, attentive, and very helpful throughout. The whole team was friendly, and the store had a welcoming atmosphere that made the visit enjoyable.

Great help and advice from store staff. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the assistant. Older man and has worked for dreams for 18+ years.

We were helped immediately I had my 2 young sons with me and they were offered water and told they could try out as many beds as they wanted - amazing service

It was a very easy process. David helped us identify the right mattresses and beds and even the people who came to the assemble the bed were finished in around half an hour. Very easy and surprisingly relaxing process.

We had so many specific requirements in a specific time frame & as a family had competing thoughts.
Imran at the Becton store was the perfect gent, where I felt that we were treated to a Silver Service discrete but attentive Butler experience. There was absolutely no sense of trying to go in for the sales kill or impatience.
We tried so many things multiple times & had the smoothest, calm friendly & helpful service. 5*****

The perfect mattress, I'm late for work every day, so comfortable you cannot get up. The salesman was on point.

I wish I could give them 0 stars not sure how they got good reiews.

My experience with Dreams has been extremely disappointing. Here's a summary of the issues:

1) Ordered an ottoman bed, confirmed in-store and on invoice.
2) Received a damaged standing bed instead on July 12th.
3) Took two weeks for an inspector to come (July 24th).
4) Inspector confirmed wrong slats were used, should've been ottoman.
5) Expected resolution by July 30th, still unresolved as of this review.
6) When I requested a refund and removal of the incorrect bed, I was told replacement was the only option.
7) The discrepancy between order and delivery, product damage, slow response, and inflexible resolution policy have made this a frustrating experience.

I will attach emails photos in case they say its a fake review and can also attach email correspondence.

While in-store staff were initially helpful, the overall product quality and customer service have been subpar. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dreams. I've found that even small local shops provide better service and quality.

Beautiful and gorgeous setup best bed sleeping comfort experience.and properly invested your money in best products.

Thank you so much dreams. Had a really good experience at Beckton branch today. One of the staff named David was so amazing. The way he guided us and gave us discount and helped us chose our dream bed was outstanding. Honestly I am really impressed by David’s customer service. His main priority was our happiness. Next time whenever someone visit dreams beckton branch in London do take help from David. He is amazing
