DPD are fantastic
DPD are fantastic, not only do you get an hour slot time- you also get live tracking with how many stops away the delivery van is. The driver is friendly and polite. Great service all round.

Annoyed re the delivery.
As soon as the driver rang the doorbell i got up immediately to go to the door to collect the parcel. On approaching the door i could see that he was already getting into his van. NO WAITING ABOUT TO HAND OVER THE PARCEL !!! I was then very annoyed when i found he had left the parcel outside. Particularly as it contained fresh cod.

The delivery driver said that he could not deliver because nobody was home and that he tried the address but nobody answered, he also said that he had left a card .
He posted a picture of my front door and he didn’t even bother to knock, I’m registered disabled and I have mobility issues.
This delivery was a new phone from Vodaphone , they switched over my number this morning and I am now left without any phone support incase of any emergency.
The driver should be sacked immediately for lying about this and for being incompetent.
The WORST delivery company ever… I will never use them again.

Appreciation of service
I really appreciated that the driver used his commonsense and came to backdoor to deliver the parcel. He saw a car in the driveway and thought it intimated someone would be at home despite no response to his knocking at the front door. My hairdresser was with me in the kitchen and I was not able to respond to his knock.
