Driver stole my parcel
Driver stole my parcel, didnt make any attempt to deliver, didn't even get the parcel out of the van, updated the tracking as delivered and signed for by "jack" I have everything on camera. Dpd customer service response was appalling. I have now reported the driver along with the video evidence to the police seeing as dpd dont seem to care that their drivers steal from customers

WOREST DELIVERY COMPANY full of LIARS
This has to be the weirdest delivery company ever!! There drivers lie about trying to deliver your package and then when you call up they just fob you off with how sorry they are and that they are 100% sure the driver did try delivering your packages and they try to fob you off with they have photo proof but can’t show you it 😡 I would NEVER order anything else that I know is being sent by DPD not only are they drivers a load of liars so are so are their call advisors 😡😡
