The watch was beautiful, came brand new exactly how it was described. Shipping was very quick and was tracked at every location. Ordered on Sunday night and arrived to Brisbane on Wednesday afternoon. Will buy any future watches from here again.

I ordered the watch and it arrived in 2 days which was awesome. Had to send the watch back as I ordered the wrong one. Was a bit concerned with shipping it back overseas but I was refunded within a week. Customer service was fabulous.

The watch was disappointingly LARGE! It didn't appear that way Online.
It looks quite ugly on the wrist, and I wouldn't wear it.
Probably I'll give it away as an unwanted gift, or donate it to a Charity. Sorry.

We understand that when you purchase a watch you want it to be impeccable in every way. However, from our experience, misalignment is common for watches in the low to mid price ranges. Sometimes it can be easily corrected if it is a dial alignment issue (any watchmaker can quickly adjust the dial to align, and you can get it done locally). If it is something you cannot live with, we understand, and you can send the watch back to us. We have 30 days watch Return or Exchange policy.

Their customer service is the real deal
I ordered the wrong size by mistake and so tested out their returns policy. They were great. Including four days postage each way I’d returned my watch and bought a different one within a two week period.
