Super fast postage, even during Christmas! I love the new watch. Thanks from Perth.

Should of read the reviews before ordering with this mob. Ordered a watch for a present to a friend's birthday that's in a couple of weeks, the website said the watch was in stock, so I ordered expecting no issues and that or would be here either this week or next ( I ordered a few weeks ahead because post can be an issue). Payment goes through,Get a confirmation email but no tracking number, so I emailed as to what is happening, then the s**t starts..I get a message that they don't have it in stock at all and they don't know when it will be available. Which is frustrating as that should be outlined on the website if they were legit. I have tried to call and I have received a missed call and Voice message but no details as to what is happening, have attempted to call back twice and email but I am not getting in touch with anyone or getting anywhere with my order. Feels like a scam, very frustrating and disappointed with how this has gone...hopefully I get my money back but it's not worth the hassle DON'T USE THIS GUYS TO PURCHASE A WATCH find someone else.

Further to my earlier review, someone did contact me and said the watch I ordered was out of stock.
They have given me my money back.
I was very relieved but still disappointed they hadn’t contacted meds or replied to my earlier calls.

I purchased a watch in first week of Jan 2026. I haven’t received any communication, the order hasn’t progress in any way. I have called the number listed on Google, it is disconnected. I have sent an enquiry via the website form and have received only an automated response saying that it was received. Feels very much like a scam. Am grateful that I haven’t purchased an expensive watch from them. Will be escalating to Fair Trading.

EDIT: My watch did eventually arrive - brand new, with genuine packaging & papers. In fact they sent the watch separately (& safely) to the genuine packaging so as to preserve the condition.

However, there was no acknowledgment or response to my enquiries at any point. Also it took several days between receiving notification of them starting the packing process with Australia Post to it actually being sent.

So I will update the title from Buyer Beware to Buyer Be Patient.

I have added a star back as the watch was in excellent condition and genuine but the fulfillment process for my order was very poor.

Very reliable, kept in touch status of delivery, item as described. Fast postage. Best seller.

Also placed an order prior to Christmas only for them to reply and say it’s out of stock and back available next week. They offered a refund for postage but I haven’t heard from them since so I’m assuming the website is a scam?

No replies on virtual chats, whatsoever. I bought a watch from them thinking it'd be in stock but nah, good thing I talked to them and they confirmed that the watch that I want isn't in stock.

Purchased a watch. Received an email that it was out of stock with more arriving the following week. 4 weeks later and still more excuses, despite promises that they would source from other retail partners.
Communication was fine, and purchase was refunded. Won’t be shopping here again.

have brought 2 watches from these guys and they are awesome, fast delivery. very happy!
