Great level of comms. Could track the driver and on delivery the driver was very helpful.

Doors came damaged on the 2nd delivery and were not usable. Poor communication also

I would steer clear of this company, they operate under a lot of different names and my experience of them has been awful. I made two orders with them, they part delivered one, I emailed 3 times asking where the remainder of the order was over 3 weeks but no reply, finally got a response via their chatbot and they sent an email asking for an extra £300 for delivery of the remaining doors due to delivery location, (despite then already having delivered to me twice for no charge), obviously this is a breach of UK consumer law to which they dont seem to care, their customer service is non existent, they have my money and are not delivering the doors nor answering emails. I will have to contact my credit card for a refund and will pass on the incident to trading standards in the hope similar doesnt happen to others

Out of stock door was delivered immediately it was available, which was quite soon, avoiding any unnecessary delays. Doors are sturdy and well made. The large trimmable area meant it was easier to make them fit.

Site was very easy to use, communication and delivery excellent, could not be faulted. Prices very good. Doors arrived this morning and delivery driver was brilliant!

The door came on time and the communication with the company and the driver were excellent.

Great service, driver texted night before with time slot and brought the doors inside hustle free.

Haven’t received doors yet

Barring the order confirmation, and the XPD text for being the next delivery on the route, there was no communication at all. Luckily I was in.

Convinced the recent good reviews are fake, or they have asked people they know as majority of the good ones are small and bulk positive ones on certain dates. We have ordered doors, been waiting 7 weeks for delivery! Kept being informed they were rearranging delivery, then pushing back delivery, then they couldn't tell us when it would arrive. Then we were giving half the tracking information. Now the doors have finally arrived they are incorrect. Trying to get hold of anyone is a nightmare, you sit on hold forever, just to get cut off and pushed back to the back of the que.

The door arrived quickly and in good condition. Very pleased with the quality.

The product (Door frames) very good quality. And I liked the option of various width available.
Also the delivery was super fast.
