Domino's Pizza Reviews 

It may have the worst excuse for a pizza I've ever had. Ordered online to get the discount and ordered ingredients were left off. The pizza tasted like a reheated old pizza and was not edible. This was my last time at Dominos.

Domino's is advertising a DIY 50% off all pizzas deal. It's the DIY part they are not clear or fair about. We ordered the pizza online and thought it pricey but assumed it was because this was to be an exceptional pizza that wasn't included in the discounted ones. But that was not the case. And, we picked it up ourselves, not even delivered. Turns out that in order to get the 50% off, you have to choose the coupon before placing the order??? C'mon Dominos, why would forfeit a discount and choose to pay full price for a substandard mass produced product? Just get it together and use some of your marketing budget to invest in a proper system that automatically deducts the discount at the check-out instead of counting on people to be too caught up in your order process not to notice. That is the last pizza I will order from Dominos and the last time they will take advantage of me. I hate doing business with anyone with deep pockets the rips off their hardworking customers off. Make it convenient for all customers and set up the online order system to align with these special discounts you are marketing!!!

The pizza is very lousy.

The toppings have been reduced. Had some slices that were only cheese, no toppings. No more for me.

Cochran Georgia, Let me start off the pizza it self. The pizza was great But it wasn't what we wanted. Placing the Order was difficult to navigate, This is the second time we gotten the wrong pizza. The 1St time we ordered onions & italian sausage. But we got bacon and and no onions. This time we ordered just sausage and we got a plain.

Just a note to say how very good Domino's Drayton are, me recent experience was a messed up order (which was my own fault to be fair) but this was rectified in 15 minutes at no charge to myself.
Thank you Drayton team, well done top service.

My daughter went in to buy a deal with her friends, Cash in hand. Then to be told 'card only'. Imagine how my daughter felt with her friends! She walked home embarrassed, hungry and very upset 😡

Arrived fast but was pretty cold, they said they'd compensate with a free pizza, so I'm satisfied

I received a Salad that was ruined. All the lettuce was brown. Called to get a refund and was told they could not issue me a Refund. All they could do was issue a Credit that I would have to call the store and tell them I had when I placed my next order. If they deliver food that is not fit to eat, they should be prepared to refund the money for the item. They did offer to deliver another salad BUT that meant waiting for a 2nd delivery. That was kit acceptable because I was ready to eat and wanted my salad with my meal NOT after. Also, why would I think the 2nd salad would be fresh? This purchase was made at the Dominoes in Hattiesburg, MS. This is not the first item I received that was not up to standards but this is the first one I complained about.

I called six times without an answer. I decided to go in per a n and the f4ont desk girl took 10 minutes, literally, to come and help me although another employee told her I was waiting. This was at noon time. Not a good time for her to be doing whatever she was doing g in the back. Ther3 was another client already waiting who also said he tried calling but nobody answered.

rewards system is horrible not sure why have one

Why do I have to pay for extra toppings when Dominos forgets to add them to an ordered pizza? But wait, I still have to pay for nonexistent toppings, taxes and don’t forget the tip. Thank god, Domino’s never over charges or makes a mistake.

ordered speciality pizza (half pepperoni half deluxe square sliced) Tried to give me medium cheese pizza awful looking not even cup cheese the cheese was red from sauce baking through/ I didnt take it but was charged for it He told me thats what i ordered and thats what i am getting $9.99

Very disappointed with my order the pizza was poor no cheese very little pepperoni lacking taste could of got a better pizza at Iceland garlic bread well if that’s garlic I’m a vampire!

Put an order in online on their app, order was over €100 but got 35% off because of the deal they have, placed the order, the money left my account and then the app said 'there has been a problem please contact the store' rang the store they said they order never went through to them and id have to order again but the money won't revert back into my account for 7-14 days, sure what good is that, over €90 (because of the 35% off) sitting in limbo when it was to be used for party food
