Lying Two Topping $9.99 Deal
Domino's value deals aren't true. Like their two toppings pizza. To keep the $9.99 price you can only add one topping from the cheese section. Can't add any meats it would automatically become an upcharge starting at $1.00 and up. This is false advertising on ever add topping meal deal. It's all a scam no true deal with hidden charges on second free toppings. So ducking annoying.
This all started last year
This all started last year.
I started getting emails about Domino's rewards program late last year. I've been involved in data breaches, so I followed up and found something interesting.
1. I can sign up for the rewards program with just an email.
2. I do not need to provide a password to access my profile.
3. Someone named JB, who might live at XXX Burns Ave in XXX, OH (if you Google the address, it's not a house), stole my email address.
4. She bought large 2 pizzas for about $26, gave a phone number that may or may not be real (since she stole my email address and XXX Burns Ave doesn't exist, and a Domino's rep couldn't reach her by that number) and is using this information to order pizza from you. She might have also complained that the pizza wasn't good, based on an email I received.
5. I don't know the store in XXXXXX where she picked up the pizza, and that was a problem for your customer service bots. I'm assuming it's the one closest to Burns Ave.
6. I complained, and months later, I got an email from someone named Violetta.
7. Unfortunately, Violetta got all the information about my complaint wrong, but did so with a no-reply email.
8. I hit the reply button, added my case number (attached below), and that's when I heard from Ruth, who told me to call corporate. (Ruth was awesome BTW)
9. I can only talk to bots. Never a live person.
So, the way your rewards program is set up, this person--JB-- can simply provide a throwaway email. She's picking up the pizza and paying cash. Easy for the customer, but bad if they are using bogus info.
I cannot remove myself from your rewards program.
I really wish that I could give…
I really wish that I could give Domino's Pizza zero stars. I always order online because I get points for my order toward future purchases but on Friday, 1 May, when I went to complete my order, it said that I had to present the card I was paying with at pick up. My son-in-law usually picks up the order on his way home from work. I called the store and was told that they had changed their policy but if I ordered over the phone, he would not have to have my card at pick up. That does not make sense but because we wanted to have pizza that night, I ordered over the phone. Unfortunately, that meant that I did not get any points for an order that cost $75.00. Luckily, Pizza Hut and Barro's Pizza are close by and have become my go to pizza shops in the future because Domino's Pizza just lost my business!!
Dominos no correct
no paid vacations, bad team, mistakes in taxes that people should have paid from their own

I have been a Dominos customer for over 20 years. I am very disappointed with the company now, will not be ordering again. The new website is hard to navigate, my “free” rewards pizza has to include an order of $20 for delivery and when I called the store, the vendor was rude. I am sorry that this has happened, and will miss the old Dominos.

I ordered online was willing to pay cash exact change plus a $5 tip . I guess they don't like taking elevators . I don't feel like dealing with people today was a don't go back outside day. I feel drained for some reason. If they would have called I would have met them downstairs in the lobby. They didn't even do that.
Always a problem ordering
They have pretty good deals but it's always a problem when i go to order online or the app..
Pizza was cold
Pizza was cold, sandwich warm, tried to call the store they don’t answer, pushed the order back over an hour. I wanted to cancel but nobody answers. WTH I have to warm up delivery food and I have a tip for cold food. Never order from dominos in Virginia Beach on newtown rd.
Don’t Waste Your Time !!
Middleton, WI University Ave. location.
Don’t waste your time. I ordered a 2 topping medium pizza for delivery, paid $19. It said 14-29 minutes for delivery. After an hour, I called 3 times and never answered. I decided to drive down there and they called when I was half way there. They said they delivered it. After I said there was no way, they admitted they they never made it and asked if I wanted them to put one in. Guess what I told him..
Dominos has all fallen down!
My last pizza was dismal, I paid for extra toppings what I received means that the usual toppings are 6 slices of mushrooms on a large pizza and 8 sweetcorn kernels. Cheese was sparse too. Then it took ages to deliver! I didn't complain and was pleased to find an apology code emailed to me for a free pizza. Tried to use this code several times on the app and it comes up with an error code and tells you to phone the store. When you phone the store a rude person tells you they don't take orders with voucher codes do it on the app.
Won't be bothering again.
I ordered a pizza with Domino’s for delivery
I ordered a pizza with Domino’s. I live in Shreveport Louisiana and it’s the one on Berts. I wanted it for delivery at 4 PM today which is Saturday, April 25. It’s now 4:30 PM and I still haven’t received my pizza. I called the store and the person I talked to was very rude. Said oh well it’s on its way. It says delivered cause it’s on. And my driver didn’t come on till 4 o’clock. They should never have taken my reservation for 4 o’clock delivery. I will never be ordering from them again. I would give them zero stars if possible and I am not one person who ever writes a review, but I am very disappointed. Also got pizza 45 mins late. And I ordered a Metzza pizza with some extra toppings. Well I got a pizza with just the extra toppings NO meat at all. Check your pizza out before you except it. Believe me. Not worth the price!!!!!

I live in South Ogden I ordered my pizza from 31st Washington BLD. The cashier was very pleasant and my order was completed fast and tasted delicious.
Bad customer service
ordered a no cheese large pizza delivered, but cheese came. Manager insisted it was my fault. Online complaint ai gave me a choice of a free 2 ingredient pizza or a 20% discount, so I chose the medium. But a useless 20%discount was sent.

I saw a 50% off and said okay when i tried to pick what I wanted it took 10 minutes loading everything and was making me so mad, then finally when I am checking out I need to add more things because there is a minimum amount for delivery i guess, it takes 10 more minutes trying to add something else to my order making me more mad, and the best part is the coupon can only be used online which it cant be because it wont load. I tried multiple other times restarting phone trying the app and website, who markets a coupon that can only be used online and then people can’t use it online. False advertisement
Always delivers with great service
Their app is frustratingly inconsistent
Their app is frustratingly inconsistent; you get alerts for every promotion, but never a courtesy warning before your points vanish. It stays silent about your hard-earned rewards disappearing, but pings you about every promo under the sun!

Domino’s on Fullerton had some issues with their online ordering system. I was charged but still had the check out option to select as if the order wasn’t never placed. Called the store spoke with lovely Julia and she got it figured out with no problem. Thank you Julia

It may have the worst excuse for a pizza I've ever had. Ordered online to get the discount and ordered ingredients were left off. The pizza tasted like a reheated old pizza and was not edible. This was my last time at Dominos.
Buyer Beware of Domino's DIY 50% off all Pizzas
Domino's is advertising a DIY 50% off all pizzas deal. It's the DIY part they are not clear or fair about. We ordered the pizza online and thought it pricey but assumed it was because this was to be an exceptional pizza that wasn't included in the discounted ones. But that was not the case. And, we picked it up ourselves, not even delivered. Turns out that in order to get the 50% off, you have to choose the coupon before placing the order??? C'mon Dominos, why would forfeit a discount and choose to pay full price for a substandard mass produced product? Just get it together and use some of your marketing budget to invest in a proper system that automatically deducts the discount at the check-out instead of counting on people to be too caught up in your order process not to notice. That is the last pizza I will order from Dominos and the last time they will take advantage of me. I hate doing business with anyone with deep pockets the rips off their hardworking customers off. Make it convenient for all customers and set up the online order system to align with these special discounts you are marketing!!!
