Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 272 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers reported significant issues with product quality and order accuracy, describing items as burnt, cold, or inedible, and often receiving incorrect sizes, missing toppings, or incomplete orders. Pricing was a major concern, with many feeling misled by special offers that resulted in much higher costs than advertised, or finding rewards difficult to use. However, some customers also noted dissatisfaction with staff interactions, citing rudeness, unhelpful attitudes, or long waiting times. Conversely, a small portion of people felt satisfied with the staff, praising friendly drivers, pleasant cashiers, and employees who were helpful in correcting orders.

I’m okay to live in a world where average pizza exists, but that sour dough advert makes me violently ill, whoever created that monstrosity deserves to be exiled from life. For every time I hear the advert = 1 more year of not eating domino’s.

1129 C St Fresno CA 93706Dominoes Pizza in manager located at…

Dominoes Pizza in Fresno located at 1129 C St. Order two $7.99 both of the pizzas came without sauce on them, just dry bread and toppings. Reported it tried to offer supposedly a free pizza with qualifying purchase, that's not free. Top it off the delivery person took money out of my account and gave himself a tip. My total was $28.14, look at my account said $30.14. Call back the manager told me what happen, I told her that was theft. Why did the delivery driver have access to my information. Anyway I reported it to Dominoes Coporate office and waiting for them to respond.

5 stars for Dominos Newcastle- Heaton branch!
The pizzas arrived efficiently still piping hot as advertised, the pizza tracker kept me updated and removed any uncertainty I had!
Alongside this the delivery person was pleasant at the door

10/10 experience and will be ordering again

I ordered Philly cheese steak and kinda disappointed when you get a Philly cheesesteak sandwich it's loaded with me and cheese and onion The one I got from Domino's may have had one slice of meat and a little bit of cheese and a little bit of veggies yeah I wouldn't call that a Philly cheesesteak and everybody knows how they're made maybe they need to add few more ounces of meat then it might be worth doing again

I placed order at Garfield road

I placed order at Garfield road, Clinton township, Mi half an hour ago. Waiting there more than another half an hour to get the pizza. Worst experience ever had. No customer care and the guy at the counter is very rude.

Driver rang bell once

Driver rang bell once, then banged on door aggressively. When I asked him not to bang, he refused to hand over the pizza, sat in his car for two minutes, then called me to come outside. I no longer trusted the food was safe. Shop claimed a refund was initiated but I’ve received no confirmation.

Yuck!

22nd St. store saskatoon...Ordered Large 14"pepperoni feast with the extra pepperoni and cheese...paid $25 total and received a 12" without enough pepperoni to even be noticed...and cheese was like onion skin, the hand tossed crust was tough. 0 on a scale of 1 to 10. If travelling to this city...pick someplace worth your money and experience.

I orders a pizza Saturday for my…

I orders a pizza Saturday for my grandkids. Didn't get here for how I'm half and instead of making fresh pizza after I had talked to the manager Rob, they brought the one that had been sitting there that whole time. They still haven't issued my refund and keep saying it was cancelled, well cancelling it there don't put money back in my account. I honestly think their trying not to give to me but I spoke with consumer affairs and when they name a contract like a promise to refund they can't renege it's a violation of Continuer protection laws. So if I don't have my refund by tomorrow I'm contacting BBB and OSHA cause my grandkids had to eat that hour and half old pizza that was cold and hard and so was their dessert. I will never order from the one on Cumberland again. And two managers I've spoken with that said they talked to district manager and I've still not received refund. What's wrong with that picture. Will not order from there again and I won't stop until I get my money back $28 is alot of money to me.

When is a 2 for 1 pizza not a 2 for 1 pizza

So the 2 for 1 Tuesday is a con as it turns out. If you go into the shop to pick up your pizza, for a large it's £12.99 but you can't get the 2 for 1 with that price but if you order online you will be charged £25.99 for the same pizza which then allows you to do the 2 for 1 offer. So in other words if you go into the shop and buy 2 of the £12.99 pizza's you will save yourself 1 penny. Absolutely joke.

Dominos on knock McRea Titusville

Dominos on Knox McRae Titusville. Ordered pick up and delivery here many’s times. Spent a lot of money. Ordered delivery last night. Food never came. Called and the kid who answered the phone was insanely rude. I was just explaining that the food was delivered elsewhere. He hung up on me mid sentence. Called again and asked for the manager, i was not rude in The least but told him I did not appreciate being hung up on when I wasn’t not being rude. Manager hung up on me too. I’ve spent so much money here and always spend hundreds ordering from this location but never again.

1560 union ave location took my online order, took my money, and never delivered the pizza ordered! Shady business practices. When I called the automatic line stated they were already closed. So I lost out on my money and the food that I never got and the lied and said they delivered. Or the incompetence of the driver delivering to the wrong house. Either way i was cheated out my last! Order #5437 date of order 5/08/26

App glitch

Used the user friendly app and once I paid it gave me a pick-up time that was in 10 mins so I start heading that way and when I get there 12 mins later they tell me it hasn’t gone in the oven yet. Now the app says 20 mins later. Come on Dominos, get it together. What the point of a tracking app if its misleading and inaccurate.

Lying Two Topping $9.99 Deal

Domino's value deals aren't true. Like their two toppings pizza. To keep the $9.99 price you can only add one topping from the cheese section. Can't add any meats it would automatically become an upcharge starting at $1.00 and up. This is false advertising on ever add topping meal deal. It's all a scam no true deal with hidden charges on second free toppings. So ducking annoying.

This all started last year

This all started last year.

I started getting emails about Domino's rewards program late last year. I've been involved in data breaches, so I followed up and found something interesting.

1. I can sign up for the rewards program with just an email.
2. I do not need to provide a password to access my profile.
3. Someone named JB, who might live at XXX Burns Ave in XXX, OH (if you Google the address, it's not a house), stole my email address.
4. She bought large 2 pizzas for about $26, gave a phone number that may or may not be real (since she stole my email address and XXX Burns Ave doesn't exist, and a Domino's rep couldn't reach her by that number) and is using this information to order pizza from you. She might have also complained that the pizza wasn't good, based on an email I received.
5. I don't know the store in XXXXXX where she picked up the pizza, and that was a problem for your customer service bots. I'm assuming it's the one closest to Burns Ave.
6. I complained, and months later, I got an email from someone named Violetta.
7. Unfortunately, Violetta got all the information about my complaint wrong, but did so with a no-reply email.
8. I hit the reply button, added my case number (attached below), and that's when I heard from Ruth, who told me to call corporate. (Ruth was awesome BTW)
9. I can only talk to bots. Never a live person.

So, the way your rewards program is set up, this person--JB-- can simply provide a throwaway email. She's picking up the pizza and paying cash. Easy for the customer, but bad if they are using bogus info.

I cannot remove myself from your rewards program.

I really wish that I could give…

I really wish that I could give Domino's Pizza zero stars. I always order online because I get points for my order toward future purchases but on Friday, 1 May, when I went to complete my order, it said that I had to present the card I was paying with at pick up. My son-in-law usually picks up the order on his way home from work. I called the store and was told that they had changed their policy but if I ordered over the phone, he would not have to have my card at pick up. That does not make sense but because we wanted to have pizza that night, I ordered over the phone. Unfortunately, that meant that I did not get any points for an order that cost $75.00. Luckily, Pizza Hut and Barro's Pizza are close by and have become my go to pizza shops in the future because Domino's Pizza just lost my business!!

I have been a Dominos customer for over 20 years. I am very disappointed with the company now, will not be ordering again. The new website is hard to navigate, my “free” rewards pizza has to include an order of $20 for delivery and when I called the store, the vendor was rude. I am sorry that this has happened, and will miss the old Dominos.
