Domino's Pizza Reviews 

Ordered extra large half double pepperoni and half the works. There were barely any toppings on the deluxe side to where I could count three pieces of green pepper and two pieces of sausage in a total of four pepperonis on the entire half. The half side had at most two pepperonis per slice. There was barely any sauce and the crust.Tastes like cardboard. I contacted the store and they gave me a credit, and stated that that they would do better next time. A week later, I placed the replacement order. And it was the same or worse. They used to have a garlic, butter slathering on the edge of the crust, and they did not do that to either one of these pizzas. Domino's used to be top three of any chain back in the eighties, and then they fell off. They came back about 10 years ago. And had a flavorful offering of products but now they are worse than any frozen pizza that I have bought. They really need to step their game up or just go away.

Domino's in Dora Acts like if you have a specialty order, it's a huge problem or a damn safety concern! After sending my second Philly cheese Sub BACK, I then asked for a refund BC it still wasn't right!!!! THEN the smart mouth worker looks at me and says, THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT SANDWICH!!!! NOTHING, BESIDES, I ORDERED NO MUSHROOMS, LIGHT ONIONS, LIGHT BELLE PEPPER, AND MY BREAD NOT BLACK AND HARD!!!! BURNT! I'LL NOT BE BACK

Terrible. Worst pizza ever. We ordered the extravaganza and instead of good veggies we got dried up old terrible very old awful crap. We ended up throwing most of it away. We'll never order another Dominos pizza again!!

I have ordered pizza from our dominos in bay city mi and 3 times in a row the pizza was wrong! I even called the last time so they hopefully wouldn’t mess up. Well they messed it up again!! So unfortunately I will have to go elsewhere. 3 times in a row and pizza is not cheap so we’re done with dominos!

I tried to order 1 large pizza from Dominos on Cumberland Parkway in Mechanicsburg, PA.

What a bunch of jackasses.

They told me I didn't spend enough money to have it delivered.

And if you do become worthy of them...they are still gonna whack you with a $5.99 delivery fee.

I gave one star so to continue to give a review, or else it did not deserve it! What an awful looking and tasting pizza! Also, the driver did not want to deliver in the nursing home, he called me so that I would pick it up outside! Absolutely atrocious!

Not told a medium pizza always party cut! Need signage!!!

The taxi they provide take a long of time .

This is the second time this store has done this (I ordered, and paid for large pizzas and they gave me medium), the first time I told them and they denied it, then I measured the pizzas and went back and they gave me a food credit.

This time I ordered 1 lg cheese pizza and 1 lg half & half pizza with meat and veggies for carryout. I paid for lg pizzas. When I got home and opened them the cheese pizza was a lg, but the one with all the toppings was a medium. Like I said this is the second time this store has done this to me. I know why they did it both times. The 1st time it was a big order, so making a size smaller pizza would make them more money, when I am paying for a large. This time it was the 'build your pizza' deal 'any size for $9.99. I chose lg pizzas and they gave me a lg cheese, but a medium with all the toppings I ordered, so they would not use up as many toppings and make more money on the pizza. This trend needs to be addressed from the corporate level with this store.

CARVILLE LOCATION -RICHMONDHILL Doesn't stand behind satisfaction. Everything is on you time and nickel. Second time they issue undercook pizza. Topping are usually invisible but this time we could see them as it was not cooked... crust was texture of bread dough..called the store... got the run around.. no manager would get on the phone just some worker that kept putting us on hold then coming back with what the manager told us. Offered us $5 coupon on next order.... we were not in the mood to drive back as its as weekend rush-hour....We said thanks but no thanks... We will no longer order from Dominoes, this store does not appreciate our business.

Tried to order multiple times weeks apart only to get "there is a technical error please try again" checking out. I'm just giving up on it and using a different company that can manage to run a web site.

Ordered on the app and it said it was ready, drove to the store and they tell me they gave it to the wrong customer and they'll have to remake it.I ordered on the app so I wouldn't have to wait!

Dominos on Fairview Road in Ellenwood Ga. did an exceptional service for me today. After submitting an incorrect order, they changed it and gave me what I wanted. The staff were very friendly and remade it with no problem. I was so very impressed and thankful. Kudos to them all.

Few days ago i tried the pizaa of the dominos and the tast was decent not so much great it's ok.

Something is wrong with their system. I tried to use a card I have used many times before at Domino's and could not get through. There is an old card in the system and normally I would use another card. This time the system would not allow me to use another card, would not allow me to edit the old card, or reset my password. I tried calling on two different numbers. One of the calls I tried placing my order over the phone and entering my card number over the phone; it failed. I was transferred to my local store; when I tried to explain that I was having a problem with using my card. the woman was extremely rude, told me to call the police, hung up on me.

I ordered extra cheese and extra sauce but I was given a pizza that didn't include extra cheese and extra sauce. So i'll find another dominos but I shouldn't have to drive 10 miles for a cardboard pizza box.

I ordered the 9.99 pizza that the commercial say u can get it online, in store or delivery and i noticed when i looked at the receipt it says 17.75. I called the store and the manager said it's only on-line i explained to him that's not what is on.the tv, so no help there, i called corporate and still no help. The pizza was excellent just the price was not and I asked for the 9.99 special and the cashier should have informed me then, smh

Received delivery order. Part of order was missing. Manager acknowledged missing item, said they were out, but still charged me the full price. Refused to refund me. Stated they are not allowed to give refunds. Website states otherwise. Food was cold. Pizza was burnt, and missing ingredients. Manager was rude and threatening.

It had been at least 20 years since I had been to domino's pizza could not remember why. I ordered a pizza with all there meats 12 inch. It was about $25 with tax. It had very little toppings a real rip off. The flavor of the pizza was awful. I had to drive 40 minutes round trip to pickup this piece of garbage. I pick up pizza at patton Ave location in asheville nc. I just can't understand how they are in business. Who in the hell buys this shit.
