Lovely visit to Dobbies at Stapleton. Also enjoyed my birthday treat in the restaurant, two free hot drinks plus a cake and scone.

Nice place to visit, go regularly for the Dobbies club for our free drinks each month and always have a slice of cake while there.

We visited the restaurant and the meal was lovely and hot, the fish in particular was lovely. All staff were very attentive not only in the restaurant but also in the garden centre

As always plants top class, great choice. Could do with having more tills open when a lot of customers waiting to pay and also in the cafe, needs to be more organised around the drink area and paying

I enjoyed the pesto tart with new potatoes very much. I would have preferred peas instead of salad but it was very tasty. Plus my husband enjoyed the curry. Thank you.

Staff in cafe treated us with total lack of interest. Waited for coffee to be prepared and just as it was a member of staff asked that person a question. She left me standing and went off to get something requested. My coffee was left at the back of the counter and I eventually reached over and took it, other staff members just stood doing nothing.

A lovely tea and scone as a birthday treat courtesy of my Dobbies membership - a bargain at £12 a year with lots of offers!

We revisited Woodlands (one of our two local Dobbies) as I had had an unfortunate experience there when trying to redeem my “ birthday treat” . No clotted cream for my scone, but was charged for the jam I did have! I had made a complaint someone in authority in the store, who arranged for to have my birthday treat again. This time, delicious, and all went well! Thank you.
PS came home with some nice plants too!

As we were going out of the country in the summer we deferred buying our hanging baskets until we returned. When we returned we popped in and found that the hanging baskets were half price. Absolute bargain, they look lovely.

Generally our experience is 100% satisfactory, however this most recent visit proved disappointing, if only in this one respect: both my wife and I had occasion to use the toilets adjacent to the restaurant and both gents' and ladies' facilities stank, in addition to which at least 3 of the stalls in the ladies' was out of order. Not too difficult to address, I'd have thought!

Generally dobbies (Stapleton) staff are helpful when you can find one! It would be nice to have the little coffee bar open again as not everyone wants to sit in a large restaurant area. Sorry this may seem a bit negative 😕

As usual a good range of gods Was disappointed that Cotton Traders was closed although I understand they will be back

Overall a good experience. Can recommend the food in the cafe. Twice we have had food, a breakfast and a lunch, both were excellent.

Very pleased with the product I bought,looks beautiful in the pot that I planted it in

I purchased some garden furniture and the assistant Jed was very helpful and all my questions were answered. When I went to pay the system went down half way through the transaction but Annette and Jed sorted it out for me. I really like this Stapleton store as the staff are really helpful and polite.

Usually good don't know why I deserved to be ignored by a canteen staff member.

Went to Dobbies last Sunday we were looking for plants for a shaded area. The staff there were really helpful gave good advice got what we needed.

Put them in when we got home look fab.
