Good service and great savings if you have a dobbies plus card.

Was ok but with 20 per cent off all my purchases were in the concessions.

As always the service in the restaurant was sloooow, very sloooow. It never gets any faster whatever time of day you go... Both the ladies toilets were dreadful. Unclean and not fully working, way before COVID and still not working!!
What is at Dobbies? Please just sort it out

Only four stars because my husband was told by one of your employees that you didn’t have any door mats when you do have them. We found them ourselves in the end.

A great visit as usual. The restaurant has a great choice of food. The garden centre is lovely to walk round and accessible if you have to use wheels.

We really went for coffee not for any particular shopping. Dobbies always has a wide range of greetings cards, another reason for our visit so we bought a Happy Birthday Grandson card.

We like to look in the shops within Dobbies so it's a brilliant place to go.

We bought all the spring bulbs we need in our last visit .

Had a lovely browse through the garden centre and bought a few things to brighten my Autumn garden. Staff very friendly at till.

Always a pleasure to visit dobbies, staff are always helpful and cheerful and we always end our visit with a coffee, which is free if you join dobbies club plus.

I went to look at new plants forthe garden,there was a good selection of different plants and shrubs,it was hard to decide ,they were all well wateredand healthy.so much choice, it was hard to decide.
I called in the cafe,a good choice of food cooked ,sandwiches,a lovely selection of cakes coffee always good.

NO food menu that is available for anyone with Average sight. Located upon the wall behind the counter. NOT useful for viewing and making a Quick decision. Small writing. Decision made to eat at another venue. Four lost customers.

My recent visit was to buy cards for specific events (weddings, anniversaries, age birthdays and other birthdays) to cover the next two months. I found the selection, for my taste, not as good as in the past. I think some of the ranges have been discontinued. The cards may appeal more to other shoppers. The till staff could not be faulted.
