Everything the salesman said

Absolutely shocking service. Van went wrong after a week had to pay to get it back to them to fix it as they don’t recover vehicles was fixed for all of a few days. Then broke again we had to take it ourselves to a garage to be fixed as under warranty they would pay. But only paid half of the money and was told what do you expect from a second hand van. It now has another issue only to be told you only get to use the warranty payment once. They are rude on the phones and treated us disgusting please stay away from this joke of a company we are out of pocket now £3000 with repairs and hiring vans.

After paying the deposit I was informed that the van was not available and offered an alternative.
I subsequently found another van elsewhere and explained that to Sumbi whereupon my deposit was immediately returned.
Communication was clear and honest.
