I was honestly so nervous to be sending off all my family memories and tapes - but I’m so glad I used these guys. They managed a really quick turnaround time, despite it being Christmas and they keep you up to date every step of the way, even letting you know the quality of the media as they convert them. The videos and audio are brilliant quality, and I love that although I’d ordered dvds, I later had the option to get the cloud footage which was an immediate download so whilst I waited for the physical copies to be sent back, I could access the videos on my phone straight away. I will definitely be using them again for all my other family tapes - the price is insanely good compared to other places that do it in my area. Overall 10/10

I was initally concerned about sending my precious old cassettes off in the post but the good reviews convinced me. Digital Converters made the process straightforward with regular communication and updates. Process was quick and easy and quality was good. Highly recommend.

We sent old VHS tapes for conversion. They were professionally and quickly converted to memory sticks and dispatched back to us before Christmas. Super excellent service. We have our memories to cherish forever now thanks to you guys.

I have used digital converters twice and would highly recommend. Our old VHS tapes are all now on USB format just in time to watch over Christmas. The service is fantastic with detailed instructions and you are kept updated throughout.

Digitising a much-loved but elderly cassette tape of a rare and now invisible (it seems) artist was a task I only wanted to entrust to someone who I felt would really take care and do an excellent job. Having looked around at several services, I decided to try Digital Converters (DC), and I have not been disappointed. They communicate really effectively and clearly - from the initial process of preparing and sending the tape to letting me know it was safely with them and the final digital product.
I couldn't have asked for more.
It has been a pleasure to listen to this music again, and to know I have a more durable version of it, and I am grateful to DC for what they have done and would recommend them to anyone wanting a high-quality, assured, and speedy digital transfer service.

Can find no fault in the service and process of using Digital Converters. Footage has come back in great quality and made a perfect gift for my Mom's birthday. She is delighted. Also had a problem with parcel collections (fault of Royal Mail not Digital Converters) and they also looked after and returned a parcel that was collected in error in great condition and kept me abreast of all the info. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience with these guys! I wanted to convert 12 vhs kung fu films to dvd for my husband for Christmas and they were so professional from start to finish. The whole experience was quick, I got them back within a week, and great communication, answering all my questions quickly. You can track progress as they convert the media which is great. Instructions on sending and how to label them up were clear and easy to follow and the dvds came back in a nice little wallet. I'm really happy with it. Definitely recommend them.

I did spend a lot of time researching the different companies out there and decided to use digital converters, I'm so glad I did.. Initially I emailed to clarify a few questions, they responded later the same day and where extremely helpful.
It was a super quick turn around, about 1 week, from dropping off my tapes to collecting the memory stick. I only had a 20 minute to drive so thought it was worth it, but the delivery process does sound efficient.
I also have had the video tapes put on the cloud, which I am so glad I did, the email instructions were easy enough to follow.
After 35 years in a loft I wasn't expecting much, but I must say the quality of both the sound and picture is really good.
All the original tapes are returned and numbered, so easy to identify when viewing digitally.
I am considering ordering additional copies, which looks very straight forward.
If you are thinking about it, I would definitely recommend digital converters.

Very fast turnaround. Took about 10 days from originally posting to receiving the 3 sticks back and 7 days of that was due to the Post Office! I was kept up to date throughout on how far the transfer of the 12 videos was going and their quality. The quality of the transfer is excellent and far better than I remember watching it before on a VHS recorder. Super stuff and some great memories rekindled

I found Digital converters on google and sent 10 video tapes to be put onto a memory stick, I had no idea what was on the tapes and within 2 weeks had the tapes back and the memory stick back and wow so many memories of my children on Holidays, Christmas and one of my daughters sports days at school, We did have a tear watching them and I owe so much to Digital Converters for this Thank You.

The order process was easy and the instructions were clear to follow. Checked the updates on the 8mm tape conversions and they were regularly updated. There was no issues with the USB sticks received. Some of the playback had fault but I can't say whether that was due to digu converters as I can't check the original 8mm tapes,i suspect it was the tapes as they are nearly 30years old. I had no idea what was on the tapes so it's great to be able to digitise them and view the recordings. Can't fault the service. The company is very competitive in terms of price, even if it feels expensive.
