If I could rate higher I would. Incredible service from beginning to end. I was apprehensive about sending my precious VHS tapes but from the first interaction with customer service right through the whole process I was given great guidance. I have now got 14 vhs tapes digitised in under 2 weeks. Amazing value for money, faultless service in every aspect - highly recommend and will use again. Thank you !

Amazing customer service from start to finish! Everything was explained in a simple informative format. I wanted a VHS cassette recording transferred to a memory stick and the quality of the result is excellent. All my memories retrieved within a week at an exceptional price.

Making memories come back to life. Had numerous camcorder tapes which I had not seen for many years. Opted for this services and was very happy . They guided me through from start to finish kept me updated on the order and the results. Recommend them to all my friends and family that have the camcorder’s tapes stored away .

I reached out beforehand by email and they were incredibly clear and helpful. They helped me restore my mother's wedding video after she recently passed away and I'm so grateful and thankful for what digital converters managed to do. I tried myself and the video was corrupted but I sent it off and it came back in perfect condition and now I can relive those memories forever. I'm so grateful for what they have done, at a reasonable price, would absolutely recommend again and to friends.

Highly recommend! Getting some old family videos converted was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Me and my now grown up daughters got to watch them all taking first steps, celebrating 1st birthdays as well as Christmases. The joy it brought to us all was worth every penny spent. You cannot put a price on memories. My eldest daughter will be 30 next week so to suddenly see her 1st birthday brought to life again, was emotional.
Amazing work by the company, and I’ve now ordered extra copies! I cannot thank them enough for bringing these memories to life again.

What a brilliant company. They transferred my late parents cine films to digital. It was so moving to see them as young newly weds and to see our whole family on various holiday. Mark in Customer Service was outstanding. The whole experience could not have been better. I have many more films and videos that I will be sending! Thank you to all involved. Excellent service. Right from the start, full instructions on correct way to package tapes, how to arrange collection, confirmation of delivery and email notification of completion including how successful the conversion was, in my case 100% despite the original tapes being”lost” for years and some had mould on them!
Cannot fault the entire service, fantastic to know of a company that cares and delivers the promise. Not many around anymore!

Responsive to enquiries. Everything explained beautifully. I posted my tapes on Friday, and received them plus memory stick back on the following Friday. The quality of the transfers is great and its wonderful to have my old videos and cine films available to watch on my laptop or TV whenever I want. Thanks.

Absolutely fantastic- digital converters was the first company to pop up when I did a google search and after reading the reviews decided to send a 25 yr old VHS tape for conversion. The process was so straightforward and I was kept up to date all the way along. Only took 5 working days and I am so happy with the result. All the memories so easy to access now, thank you so much !

First class service, they were able to retrieve 40year old footage, I thought was lost. Incredibly efficient they processed 22 tapes in the week before Christmas and we were able to enjoy those precious memories. Seamless process from start to finish, definately a first stop for anyone wanting a high quality service for a very reasonable price.

I rarely leave reviews but was I was so happy with the service I got from this company.
I was concerned about sending my personal discs off in a hope they were treated carefully and returned.
I sent them off 2 weeks before Xmas, and I had the email links to access and originals returned all within 6 days!! It made a special gift for family.
The process was easy and I was very impressed. I’ve since used again and family and friends are now doing that same. Amazing service. Thank you

Sister-in-law had her 60th birthday coming up and we were having a family party. Having already had some 8mm transferred on to VHS, all be it over thirty years ago, I sent of the video to Digital Convertors. The service from start to finish, including excellent email service with continual updates, was simply at a level you don’t tend to experience these days. Highly recommend

Initially, I was quite anxious about sending off my family's cherished memories and tapes, but choosing this service turned out to be a fantastic decision. They impressed me with their swift processing time, especially considering it was during the busy Christmas period. They kept me informed throughout the process, even providing updates about the media quality during conversion. The converted videos and audio are exceptional, and I appreciate the option to access the cloud footage immediately, which allowed me to view them on my phone while waiting for the DVDs to arrive. I'll definitely entrust them with more of my family's tapes in the future. Their prices are unbelievably reasonable compared to local competitors. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience.
