My books got lost in the mail I was…

My books got lost in the mail I was kind of frantic, Christine with customer service assured me not worry and new books were sent out immediately using a different method of shipping just to be safe as I live out of town in Alaska. I appreciate the how nice they were about the whole process and I highly recommend them!!

The tep got back to me within minutes and sent me the link to company they aervice provicer to/for. They indicated to give the libked conpanty48 hours to respond to my feed back and if that did not occur text them again. The linked company got back to me before the 48 hours.

You back up your business, even if it sometimes means issuing refunds due to errors of one type or another.

As soon as I received the e-mail about the order, I realized that I had ordered something that I really didn't mean to order, so I will be sending it back unopened for a refund. That does not mean I won't be browsing your other products, depending on how you treat me!
