For a first-time buyer, Daniel Lopez made it easy for me and was extremely professional. The fact that I can get parts for my SP300i is reasuring.

I ordered several expensive printheads from them. 1 of them was defective, the chip did not function properly.
They say that once installed they will not even look at it to ensure the product was faulty.
I asked for an exchange, not a refund. I have been in business for 8 years and have 4 commercial printers, but they insisted that I must have installed the printhead incorrectly and damaged it somehow.
They can keep the money for that print head, but they have lost 10's of thousands of dollars worth of future business from my company.

This is the 2nd time I have used Digiprint for my L1800 print head. Service was great. I emailed 1st just to make sure they had what I needed. They responded quickly and my order was placed. Ordered an Epson DX4 print head along with cap tops, dampers and wipers. Very happy with these. The print head is certainly a brand new device and prints perfectly. I've ordered from Digiprint many times before and have never been disappointed.
