DIGIPRINT Dont do returns on Roland Printer parts unopened items

Delivered December 2025 returned January 2026 Middle of February still have not refunded me, Be very careful what you buy from this mob they hate returns and will mess you about all year

I bought a ROLAND SERVO BOARD from them, It arrived 2 x weeks too late and i asked to return it and they didnt want to accept a return stating "we dont usually do returns! After a week i sent them the unopened box back via UPS, 1 x week later ad they say they dont have it, So i sent them proof it was delivered, 1 x Month later they are suggesting now i installed the board to get out of refunding me yet the originally box hadnt even been opened!
Now after a full month of emails back and forth I'm having to contact my bank to do a chargeback on them!

Legit company

Legit company I was skeptical about ordering for the first time but I was wrong. Outstanding customer service and fast shipping will be buying more supplies. Authentic brands. A1 overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As always, a tip top service, and fast shipping to the UK.
The product i needed was as described, well packed, and it solved the issues we had with our printer.

More than I expected

I was not sure if the spareparts had the high quality - but I have to be honest. The quality was eminet and the delivery was in 24 hours to Denmark.
Why pay 150 euro for a Roland damper, when you can have it for 7 euro here and I saved a lot on my Printerhead for BN20.
