Ordered an Epson DX4 print head along with cap tops, dampers and wipers. Very happy with these. The print head is certainly a brand new device and prints perfectly. I've ordered from Digiprint many times before and have never been disappointed.

One time in 2023 my order included articles that had very long delivery time. Customer service called me regarding it giving me a choice to drop long wait time product off so they could deliver rest of the order.

Though it would be nice to have post-delivery possibilities. Back then Digiprint did not have (at least to Finland).

Be aware that Digiprint will cancel your order without any notice just because they want to change the price after the fact and charge you more. They will not tell you this or notify, so you will experience a delay and then need to re-order after you reach out and realize what's happened. This has happened on the very first 2 orders we ever made with this company. Will not try to order again.
