Great experience, I made a mistake in my Oder which they promptly corrected! Great communication, fantastic quality, definitely will be a return customer!
Only negative thing about the experience was that I had to pay over $200 for customs which I hadn’t anticipated but not DBM’s fault!

First of all let me say that the ring is excellent and a perfect fit and the finish is second to none.There was a problem with my address as the first line was missing so the courier would not have known where we were,i emailed DBM and told them the problem,they in turn got in touch with DHL who put the correct delivery address on the package and it arrived next day 11.00am,i cannot fault DBM. I would recommend them 150% so thank you very much for all your efforts.

I was stupidly busy, and with a trip coming up had to order a ring. I did this on a train, and messed up! Paid three times, and ordered the wrong ring! It was after 17:00 so I left a message on their website, and worried all night thinking it was going to a battle to sort out.
The following morning I got an email and a call from Iris at the company. She could not have been more helpful. Iris found my order, refunded me the two wrong payments, and corrected my mistake.
I can’t say thank you enough!! Wonderful company! Thank you!
