Beautiful rings and great experience
Choosing the rings on the website is a smooth experience, with a lot of customization options and the whole process well explained. Unfortunately, when I received the ring, it didn't fit well in my fiance's finger, but customer support was super helpful and the size adjustment was perfect.

Good quality lack of communication.
Quality is fantastic but there is a lack of communication throughout the process, my order was delayed and when I tried to reach out through phone and email nobody ever responded to me directly. I was very worried I wouldn’t get it on time because of the delay but as long as it was communicated I would have been just fine.

The engagement ring is exactly what is shown and it is beautiful. When I ordered the ring, they kept me up to date with every step of the process which was fantastic. I misjudged the size of the ring and needed to send it back to be resized. This process was incredibly easy to arrange and they kept me informed with the resizing of the ring. We live in the UK and was sceptical with using a company outside due to logistics but I should not of worried. They were great. We will be purchasing our wedding rings from DBM. Be careful if you have a deadline
On the 16th October 2024, I purchased an engagement ring from DiamondsByMe after reassurances that the delivery will be easily achievable by the 7th November. The deadline was important because me and my partner were going to Venice on the 8th. Everything was booked and organised, all I needed was the ring.
In their words 'it is expected to arrive well before your deadline of November 7, 2024'. Shipping date was scheduled for the 29th October.
At 1:47am on the 30th October I get an email to say there has been a delay in production. Not much notice given that I am leaving for Venice in 8 days time! Two weeks wasted and only 1 week to find another ring.
To their credit, the customer service was prompt and the refund was issued immediately.
