Beautiful ring, but disappointing delivery experience!
The engagement ring is absolutely fantastic—stunning design, superb craftsmanship, and exactly as expected. However, the overall experience was frustrating due to the delivery process. The company initially provided a scheduled shipping date, but this was pushed back without proactive communication, leaving me to chase updates multiple times. Given that I ordered well within their stated timeframe, this added unnecessary stress to an already important occasion.
If they improve their delivery transparency and provide better communication with customers, the experience would be much smoother.
Great product, but disappointing service....

Great place for EU customers
Pros:
* A good number of options to choose from to get the perfect ring
* EU store means you don't pay extra taxes when buying
* Good customer communication.
* Answered my questions promptly
* Agreed to take a photo to show me my ring can be stacked correctly
* So far the goldsmithing work has held up just fine and I haven't had any issues yet.
* Except for a black coloration appearing on my fiancee's finger where the ring was, but that was only one time and hasn't reoccurred and as far as I can tell, it isn't anything to be concerned about
* You can pick out the diamond yourself
Cons:
* I found a piece of hair stuck between the ring and the diamond, I couldn't get it out and couldn't return it because I was in a rush to propose
* Make sure to carefully read the conditions.
* For example if you pick out the diamond yourself, you won't get all your money back.
* Or for example you won't get the central stone back if it gets dislodged and lost (though they should replace sidestones if it's due to a manufacturing defect).
* Or for example that their lifetime warranty has fairly strict conditions

Great experience. I was given email updates as to the progress of my ring that is actually a birthday present for my best friend Gina. To say the ring is stunning would be an understatement. It's so gorgeous. So much so that I'm now ordering a Jaap ring for myself!

Could personalise the ring however we wanted. Kept up to date on the rings progress, once it was ready, it was dispatched and arrived really quickly. Being able to buy a 3D print before committing to the purchase was really worthwhile as we needed to go a ring size down

They claim to give back your money if you dont like the ring but they didnt . Reason beeing, we hadnt given back their "certificate" and "other stuff" . We never received any of that.
In a Post they even discussed that they dont give out physical certificates.
Just google diamondsbyme diamanten-zertifikate.
No Discussion, no nothing ! Absolutly fraudulent behaviour!
Its their word against ours but somehow we are wrong " because of policys"! We complained about it to paypal and then diamondsbyme claimed to still give out certificates . So what is it?
If you are on the fence on buying a configured ring or if you have only received the ring, you should immediatly seek help, because their "support" will always prioritize their needs.
We btw also asked if we could receive a copy of the certificate or just pay the missing stuff, but nope, they like to (not) honor customer protection rights.
Absolutly fraudulent.

Perfect Peridot
Ordered a peridot eternity ring. I had queries about sizing so I was in frequent communication with DBM. Their replies were efficient, informative and friendly. Took 4 weeks from the point of ordering to delivery. Arrived very quickly after DBM confirmed the ring was ready for dispatch. Arrived in a beautiful box with care instructions. Beautiful ring. Was dubious about using an online jeweller but based on my experience I cannot fault DBM. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from DBM again and I would highly recommend DBM to others.

I wasn’t home when it was delivered, but whilst away at work it was all I could think of.
