Don’t purchase if you live in the US
I’m a US customer and my ring didn’t arrive for my wedding. I reached out and they immediately stated out of my control when it was held by customs. Then the next week, I was told I owe an additional $259.20 bill to have delivered through me. I reached out and asked them due to it being delayed and this unknown custom charge to go half and they said no.

I was nervous about making such a significant purchase online, but my experience with Lorenzo and the entire process completely put my mind at ease. The ring I ordered for Kimberley turned out absolutely beautiful—even better than I imagined. Lorenzo was incredibly communicative, professional, and thoughtful from start to finish. He even timed the delivery perfectly so Kimberley wouldn’t be home when it arrived—an amazing touch that I truly appreciated.
Before placing the order, Lorenzo walked me through every detail: production timelines, quality, materials, diamond cut, clarity, and color. He answered every question with confidence and care, and that gave me the reassurance I needed to move forward.
I haven’t proposed yet, but I’ve shown the ring to her family and it’s already lit up their faces—it’s that stunning. I also took the ring to a trusted local jeweler for verification, and they gave it a 10/10 for both the stone and the craftsmanship. They even mentioned they were familiar with the company and confirmed they do consistently great work.

The ring is beautiful but communication is terrible
The ring is beautiful, but it isn't identical to the picture. The band is a little thinner. Overall the ring is much "daintier" than pictures lead me to believe, but I'm still happy with it. The box it came in lights up and makes it look impressive.
Delivery and communication was a problem. Shipping was delayed by 3 weeks. I originally just got a generic "we are delayed" email with no explanation why. I contacted them and didn't get a reply. It took me bombarding their live chat, email, and Instagram all at the same time to get a response from them. I still got a generic answer so I demanded a reason for the delay. Turns out they use some outside company to verify stuff for them and blamed it on that company. The ring arrived way past my engagement party, I won't use them again and I can't say I'd recommend them as they just didn't feel reliable when talking to them.

Beautiful jewel shame about very long delay
Ordered ring on the 9th February with an estimated shipping date of the 25th February.
Still no timescale for a confirmed delivery.
I am not even sure they have started the production of my order any more.
Lorenzo from customer service has reassured me many times that my ring is coming but it's been 2 weeks since I last heard an update.
It's a shame because the website is so user friendly and the price very reasonable.
I hope the ring arrives soon and I can improve this review.
The ring finally arrived after a total of 11 weeks. I have given them an extra star.

I ordered a custom diamond engagement…
I ordered a custom diamond engagement ring. The customer service team's prompt response to my questions made ordering easier. There was a slight issue with delivery to the UK. DHL took the package on a cook's tour of Europe, resulting in a 3-day delay. But DBM chased it up and appeared to get DHL to pull their finger out. The ring exceeds our expectations; the craftsmanship is just stunning. My partner loves her new ring. The little box it came in had a hidden surprise as well. When you lift the lid, an LED light comes on, which makes the ring and diamond pop. Wonderful - Thank you.

Only thing that would have been good to know prior is that DHL would be charging a duty payment. It didn't add that much cost (~$100), but it felt like a scam since I wasn't aware of it prior to being contacted.
