The ring is beautiful and Jessica loved it, even cried and said “it’s beautiful!” When she saw it. The service was great, with awesome ways to customize and put a unique flavor to the ring. I really appreciate the responsiveness to emails and patience despite problems with my debit card declining the purchase over and over again. The shipping time was very reasonable, despite the great distance. The light up box was a wonderful addition, and when caught on camera, it actually appeared that a blue ray of light emanated from the ring onto my fiancé. We were amazed. I was alado amazed at the quality of craftsmanship, especially when comparing to rings in local shops that were not nearly as impressive and much more expensive. Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointing. We bought our husband's wedding ring and felt reassured ordering online because they make it seem like they have great customer service. Within 2 weeks, the ring's matte surface has completely faded and the rings is full of scratches. My husband does not do anything crazy with his hands and we were told that he is meant to remove his jewellery - this is a solid gold WEDDING band, this is meant to resist normal wear and that in 2 weeks already the matte surface has completely disappeared says something about the quality. Wished I used a local jewellery store (like I did for my ring) for such an important and expensive purchase. They suggested that they could make the ring matte again, but we would have to pay for the expensive postage and what is the point if in two weeks it fades anyway? I do not recommend at all

We generally receive very few complaints about the matte finish on our rings. The durability of the matte texture largely depends on how the ring is worn. With normal daily wear — even without heavy activity — the matte texture can gradually fade, and fine scratches may appear over time. This is a characteristic of the material and finish, and not an indication of poor quality.
As my colleague mentioned in previous communications, a matte finish on a gold ring is unfortunately not permanent. We understand that this can be frustrating, particularly within such a short period. We have already proposed some possible solutions via email, including reapplying the matte finish. While we realize that postage costs can be a concern, we aim to find a satisfactory resolution together.

My fiancée wanted 'something colorful' for her engagement ring – at Diamondsbyme, I was able to put together a stunning ring with various gemstones. The ring looks even more beautiful in real life than it did in the online preview, and my fiancée is very happy.
I especially want to highlight the excellent service at Diamondsbyme – from the moment I placed the order, I felt well taken care of. Thanks to the quick and friendly customer service (special thanks to Lorenzo and Celine!), the ring was delivered a bit earlier and arrived before our vacation.
