DFS Furniture - Speke Reviews 

After looking most of the day at various stores and sofas we decided to that DFS was the right store for us with incredible deals with no hidden add ons so we purchased from them and the service we received was amazing very helpful member of staff would definitely recommend her she’s in the speak store

The goods were great value for money and the sales assistant Michael was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone 👍

Staff helpful, knowledgeable and with no pestering on both my visits to the store. They provided information requested without pushing. I felt comfortable looking around and leaving on the first visit. At home I chose my suite and after a few days went back to store and ordered with ease. I was also told how to check progress of order.

Super efficient and knowledgable sales team with no hard sell of add-ons which I personally hate

Excellent service

The girl that seen to us was very helpful the suite I wanted did not come in the colour I wanted but she gave me an alternative which was similar to the one chosen with the colour I wanted very pleasant as well.

The sales person Sue was able to answer all our questions, she was polite and knowledgeable, and very helpful.

The service was excellent from going in to the Speke shop the young lady that dealt with me and my wife was very friendly and helpful and pleasant and patient the service she gave was 10/10 excellent from start to finish would definitely recommend this shop

Michael the store assistant was very helpful and explained everything. He even showed me other couches online that wernt in store. Nothing was to much trouble. He was professional and friendly.

Great sofa choices at speke DFS. Sue Rimmer was excellent she helped us to choose the correct sofa for our house. She was extremely professional, and explained to us each fabric type and which would be durable for our busy household. She even managed to get us a discount on a coffee table. Which was fab!
The manager was also very professional and helped complete the sale.

We came into store yesterday to a view sofa we had been looking at online. We were met by michael who couldnt do enough for us, he was not over powering but was on hand to answer any questions and offer advice on colour options and fabrics etc. Really helpful and genuine guy and made our shopping trip much easier. If it wasnt for michael, we probably wouldn't have purchased yesterday.
