We got asked if we needed help we asked our questions and got the answers and then the girl said she would leave us to walk round the store but if needed anything else just ask so we didn’t feel pressured and didn’t get followed round like other places the girl was polite and friendly

I visited the Rotherham branch and was served by Warren who made buying a new sofa extremely comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and genuine in his approach whilst helping us. I would definitely recommend after our experience.

Hi ! On entering there was no pressure to buy we were left to browse at length ! Staff came when asked and were informative about our needs .
When we found several that looked good they were asked several questions and a few wouldn’t be suitable for our needs !
Nothing we too much trouble when we got it down to the one ! Still no pressure to buy but helpful to the end !
Easy to pay and flexible with delivery etc

I recently purchased a new sofa from DFS using their finance option, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The entire process was quick and seamless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly so I could make an informed decision. Best of all, there were no pushy sales tactics, which made the whole experience really refreshing. Five stars

We didn’t feel harassed from the second we walked in. A pleasent good afternoon. If you need me please come and ask was all that was needed. This allowed us to browse in our own time and then approach a staff member when we were read.
This is the reason we purchased from DFS as we had already walked out of 3 local stores due to being followed around feeling harassed and under pressure to choose something

Having the opportunity to sit on the sofas and discuss my needs with knowledgeable staff was great.
