I was left alone to go round the store and see what was available, a non pushy salesman asked my mum and I if we would like a coffee whist browsing, which was lovely
When it came to the decision the salesman was very patient and helpful.
A discount and some freebies added, to what was an easy sale for them but the experience was great

My experience overall was very good,,the man who dealt with us was very nice and chatty and very helpful,,made sure we had every detail possible and even offered us a hot chocolate,,I would definitely recommend dfs,,oh annd the manager was great too……

Having shopped at DFS some years ago buying a lounge suite i decided to go back after being very satisfied with my purchase. I popped in to have a look for a reclining chair and found one i loved so I punched it. The staff were lovely and friendly and extremely helpful.

What a lovely experience I had today…
What a lovely experience I had today visiting dfs store in Preston, I was greeted by Sarah who was very welcoming when I come in, she helped direct me to the sofa I had in mind, she made me a coffee and we sat and discussed the style and type of sofa I wanted, I had a look around at a few and with her help we managed to order the sofa I wanted. Couldn’t ask for better customer service 10/10

Jamie was really lovely and had all the information we needed. He didn't push me and let me take my time choosing the recliner chair I wanted. The other staff were very friendly also. All in all it was a very friendly and service experience.
