Customer service was excellent!
Customer service was excellent from the moment we walked through the door! Paul was extremely informative. He addressed our physical needs, asked if we had previously looked at the online store for ideas and directed us to the best suited sofas the save us from having to struggle walking around the whole store. Both of us have physical disabilities so the support we received was a godsend! Furthermore, he was patient, gave us time and space and didn't pressure us.
As for the furniture, it was top quality and we can't wait for it to arrive.

No pushy sales people
No pushy sales people.
We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door but then left to look around for a time. Only after a good 10 minutes had passed did a salesman approach to see if he could help.
We were then left to carry on after saying we were just looking.
Ended up buying 2 x 3 seater sofas and a footstool.
Really good experience all round.

This is our fourth purchase from dfs…
This is our fourth purchase from dfs and we have never had a problem. Alan the salesman was very helpful and went through all the details and showing us the different grades of leather. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. There is lots of choice and are competitively priced.

NEWE SETTEE
We were looking for a specific settee which was'nt in the store but was online.
