Had an amazing experience with the DFS team in Nottingham store today. Libby really looked after us while we were in the store and gave us really good advise to finalise our selections. Exceptional customer service in comparison to the Sheffield store we visited recently where we were treated very poorly.

Quite possibly the best customer service experience I've had.
I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for when I visited and Lee helped me through the process of ordering a new sofa & foot stool. He explained everything really thoroughly and in a friendly, relaxed manner. Not once did I feel pressured into anything. He was extremely friendly and chatty which elevated the whole experience. He also explained the whole process, care and information regarding the products in a great way that was easy to understand and clear. I would not hesitate to visit again for any future furniture needs. What a pleasant experience this was. Wishing Lee (and Lenny) all the best.

We went in knowing what we are looking for, but we still enjoyed looking around as the shop was massice with broad selection of sofas. We found a sofa we liked so we spoke to Earl, who was very informative and not pushy at all! He made us very comfortable and confident with our purchase- we left even more excited than coming in. Lovely showroom with friendly staff
Lovely showroom with friendly staff, bonus to find out you can take in the dog, less stress not having to leave her in the car. Only downside was a very nice sofa on website not available to try instore, didn't feel confident buying unseen, so settled for something else, but would have been ideal to try all options.

Sofa incorrectly made at the factory , fabric damaged because of this, so gave dfs a chance to repair and two months later still no parts delivered and told another month to wait when I chased it up…
