Ordered couch today in store. Very good experience. Excellent choices in materials and colours, great selection, and nice to be able to really get a feel for the couches in store. Compared to other furniture stores I went to it felt far less predatory in their sales tactics - staff is attentive but not overbearing and overall helpful.

A good range of sofas in store and a brilliant sales team!
The DFS Norwich store has an excellent range of sofas and a very friendly and knowledgeable team. Callie was particularly helpful and answered all of our questions regarding a range of sofas. We ended up purchasing a sofa whilst in store and Callie ensured we were comfortable and well informed throughout the purchase process. Recommend the Norwich store for anyone looking to purchase a new sofa!
