Good customer service
Left long enough to have a look round before sales person came and spoke to us - gave us info when we asked -
when we made our choice experience was very good Chris talked us through the process and gave us info both written and verbal - very good customer service
have had many sofas from DFS and always return there - plenty of choice and in every price bracket
Only negative no
fabric swatches available so had to go back again to check paint etc !! Surely this can’t be difficult as Next have these readily available in store

A lovely experience!
A lovely experience with Richard who served us. He explained all our questions. Very polite and very competent. He made us feel like home. At the end we bought the 3 seater with recliners without without being pressed.
