Ordered bed just got mattress no frame it’s not good at all You would expect to get all the same day

Wow this Shop is well laid out neat tidy and nice and bright , with a great choices of sofas and other furnishings 10/10 DFS . Chris the gentleman that took care of us was very warm and welcoming, full of information and answered every question we asked and very informative 10/10

Informative but left you to look around until you needed them.

After 9 years, we decided to purchase a new sofa.
As we had bought our previous sofa from DFS that was the place to start.
We were welcomed by Natalia who was super helpful in every way.
We spent quite some time in the store looking at every option that may work for the space.
As we had a specific idea in mind, Natalia did not fail in helping us get exactly what we were looking for.
Her colleagues were also friendly and helpful and did not feel like we’re were pressured to buy.

My Grandaughter and l went round the DFS Shop and picked out what we would like then the Salesperson, Richard, came and told me of the extras l could have with my order.
We discussed the information given, we chose what we wanted and paid in full the Cost we were given.

We went into the Norwich store today, and were given a helping hand by Callie (if that’s how you spell it) she was sweet and attentive to our needs as a growing family with a baby on the way, so we obviously wanted insurance and a cleaning kit for any anticipated accidents! She was so kind and helpful and we walked away so happy with our decision.. we cannot wait for our new sofa to come, and she assured it will definitely beat the arrival of the new addition to the family which was a main factor for us! Service was great, staff were lovely, and they assured all customer service will be easy and quick.
