New Suite
Visited dfs this morning to look at a particular suite we had looked at last week. The staff were courteous and friendly, but, not pushy. When we decided to take the plunge and order the chap (didn't get his name) was efficient and knowledgeable and very helpful.

Superb service.
We have visited DFE shop on Monday and that was very busy. We decided to return today and had a beautiful experience. Lovely girl, Beth assisted us on arrival and provided excellent service. Full of knowledge, warm smile and assisted with all our matters. We have bought what we looked and received all the guidance and advice with in less then an hour. Excellent experience! The experience at DFS fosse park was…
The experience at DFS fosse park was excellent. We were asked if we needed help with no pressure and was left alone to explore the show room , we went to the salesperson that first approached us and asked for some advice with was very thorough. We decided to purchase 3 items, the gentleman explained the different terms of buying and explained about buy insurance which we purchased. Over all a very pleasant customer service with a knowledgeable sales person making us feel at ease about the purchases
