Great service from the Leicester Team
Great service, buying new sofa's is not easy. The staff were helpful and knew exactly when to assist and when to leave us be to browse. We did not feel pressured into making any decision straight away and went away to check what we liked would fit in our home. When we popped back in to complete the staff were helpful and ensured we understood all our options. I would recommend the Leicester team.

Hitesh was friendly and helpful
Hitesh was friendly and helpful. We didn’t feel pressured by him when we told him we were going back to another store to look at their products for comparison. When we returned he pointed out numerous options to us, and offered us drinks whilst we were browsing, which we later accepted whilst we were doing the paperwork.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience purchasing our sofa. From the moment we walked in, Dimitry was so welcoming, helpful and genuinely lovely.
Dimitry went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly patient, listened to exactly what we were looking for and took the time to make sure we were completely happy with our choice. He never made us feel rushed or pressured, and he made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.
Dimitry was honestly brilliant throughout the whole experience and made us feel really valued as customers. Even though we haven’t received our sofa yet, the service we’ve received throughout the purchase has been exceptional, and we’re really looking forward to having our new sofa arrive!
