One of the sales team "Lucy" made herself known and was respectful and afforded me the space to make my choices.
Once I did this Lucy was supportive and transparent and took me through the sale.
Great friendly staff

Very helpful.
They were very helpful on the kind of sofa we required to fit our family, with having a child and a puppy we were worried about wear and tear. Plus I have disabilities so needed something that wouldn't sag over time and something that wasn't low down.
