Reece in the Kettering store was very helpful, knowledgeable & went through every detail with us when we were looking for new sofa,he helped us in every way possible, spending plenty of time with us,explaining everything,As someone who worked in customer service,I can honestly say Reece was honestly fantastic & made the process very easy & we left with the perfect sofa for us.
