Reece at dfs Kettering was very helpful indeed, not pushy but there if we needed him and even stayed half an hour after closing time on a Sunday to help us finalise our decisions! Very happy customers thank you.

Purchase review
I had a really good experience with DFS. The store had a great selection of sofas and it was easy to find something that suited my style and budget. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy… Especially “Nigel “ who made the whole process feel relaxed and informative ….Overall a smooth and positive experience …. I would definitely recommend DFS to others.

Initially saw sofa on line, went to local Store in Kettering to view. Met in store by Reece who was great, very friendly and empathetic to our needs and displayed a wealth of knowledge and provided a great customer service throughout. We were allowed to take home colour swatches to ensure we could pick right colour to match are existing colour scheme and returned later to store where we where provided cups of tea till Reece was free and again Reece was amazing, had a long chat about the details of the sofa assuring us we were doing the right thing resulting us in ordering our new sofa. Reece and indeed all the staff who looked after us whilst we were waiting for Reece were great, good old Customer Service as it should be. We highly recommend popping into the Kettering store, nicely presented showroom and very friendly knowledgeable people providing great Customer Service. Thanks again DFS Kettering especially Reece.
