Ben introduced himself in a friendly manner, he told us to call him if we needed any help or had any questions, he wasn't pushy which myself and my husband liked. We were left to browse at our leisure and we called on Ben when we had made our choice. He was friendly and honest and offered us coffee, we enjoyed cappuccinos while doing the paperwork, which was done efficiently and quickly. Only downside was Ben was an Arsenal supporter lol which made for humorous banter from my husband being a spurs supporter. Would recommend and Ben an asset to DFS.

So easy to find the right sofas, no pressure selling which was great. Staff happy for me to sit on countless sofas before finding the one that ticked all the boxes.

Ben was fantastic, only went for a browse and walked away with a new sofa. There was no pressure at all, he explained everything from start to finish. If you ever walk into DFS farnborough, ask for Ben.

Excellent experience buying a living room set. Staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable but not pushy. There was no pressure to buy. They moved furniture around so we could mix and match. All in all an excellent buying experience.
