Really good experience with helpful and knowledgeable staff
We liked that we were able to browse and sit on sofas and chairs without being pressured to buy, but were asked if we needed any help.
Sian, (hope that is the correct spelling), was a lovely, cheery, friendly lady who gave us time to decide on colours of the furniture we ordered. Gave us space to discuss the different colours and make a decision. The ordering system was easy and Sian checked with us each time she added an item to the order and explained the sofa care package etc. Great customer service, left feeling very positive and happy. Thank you Sian at Exeter store.

Got what we wanted at reasonable price
We knew what we wanted so there was no faffing. Appreciate they have to sell their products but there was no hard sell. If you don’t want them it wasnt a problem.

Ever helpful assistant Marcus
We went into DFS Exeter to look for a sofa. Marcus approached us to see if we required assistance. We said not yet and he left us to browse. When we had decided he came to take our order. He was very helpful, explained everything to do with purchase and guarantee etc and was extremely personable . I would recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase furniture.
