I was served by Curtis, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was attentive, without being pushy, and relaxed.

Purchase of new recliner sofa
We just had a great service by DFS whilst purchasing a sofa. Member of staff (can't remember her name unfortunately) took through the process explaining everything in a clear and efficient way. There was no hard sell of the extras (gliders, sofacare) but, once it was explained about the benefits of the sofacare service we purchased that. Staff member also discovered our particular sofa was in a promotion that saved us an extra £300 which we hadn't realized. Overall a great customer service experience!!
