Very good experience

Riddhi at Edinburgh store really went above and beyond! She patiently walked me through all the options, explaining the differences between fabrics and frames in a way that made total sense. I felt so supported and informed throughout the whole process, and I left feeling really confident about my purchase, and I'm so grateful for her expertise and excellent customer service. We were unsure from the website about how the dimensions of the Plush sofa and footstool combination would work for us, but the salesperson, Ryan, very helpfully made sure we were ordering the right things. The customer service was excellent throughout our experience ordering from DFS, with Ryan being sure to confirm every part of our order with us and clearly explaining everything. I would recommend ordering in store because the staff are so helpful.

Amazing staff
The staff that helped me today were excellent. Very knowledgeable about the products, professional and informative and friendly. They really helped put me at ease and make it a great experience.
The shop itself is well laid out, plenty to see and try but with good space to move around.
