DFS Furniture - Edinburgh Reviews 

Following a very unsatisfactory purchase from another retailer we decided to buy our new sofas from DFS
We went to the Edinburgh branch where we were very impressed with Zara's professionalism and knowledge of the products and impressed by the time she devoted to ensuring we were happy with everything.
We look forward to the arrival of our new furniture, confident in the level of service we received today. Big thanks to Zara

Explained to staff member what we were looking for, George Henderson showed us exactly what we were looking to purchase, explained everything about colour, sizes etc. no pressure sales talk, perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. Very quick and easy transaction.

We were greeted by George on arrival at the Edinburgh store. After a quick chat we were shown all our options in our price bracket. George was great, customer service without feeling pressured into a purchase. A great ambassador for the company. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

The whole shopping experience was very relaxed with no sales pressure whatsoever. Zara and latterly Euan were both very helpful in guiding us to our purchase of a couple of Sofas.

Riddhi at Edinburgh store really went above and beyond! She patiently walked me through all the options, explaining the differences between fabrics and frames in a way that made total sense. I felt so supported and informed throughout the whole process, and I left feeling really confident about my purchase, and I'm so grateful for her expertise and excellent customer service. It made a potentially overwhelming experience really enjoyable.

We were unsure from the website about how the dimensions of the Plush sofa and footstool combination would work for us, but the salesperson, Ryan, very helpfully made sure we were ordering the right things. The customer service was excellent throughout our experience ordering from DFS, with Ryan being sure to confirm every part of our order with us and clearly explaining everything. I would recommend ordering in store because the staff are so helpful.

The staff that helped me today were excellent. Very knowledgeable about the products, professional and informative and friendly. They really helped put me at ease and make it a great experience.

The shop itself is well laid out, plenty to see and try but with good space to move around.
