New sofa
We went Saturday to have a look at a sofa and really liked it, asked Abs a couple of questions and said we would be back just had to check a couple of things. Went back today and Ans recognised us when we walked in. Helped us through the purchase really easily and explained all. Needed to know.

Shahzad Choudhary Is one of the best sales assistant i have come across. He took his time to explained things to us before we made made a decision to buy the furniture and the beds. He is friendly
The person I met was exceptional, he was friendly, took his time to explained the options for us. He explained the quality of the material and he gave us ample time to make decisions before buy the furniture and the bed. His hospitality was top notch, he offered us a nice hot drinks. He is the best.

Yet another delay from this hopeless company
Having had a 2 week delay to my suite delivery, I now see we have another 2 week delay. No apologies, dreadful customer service, no faith in the new date, nowhere to sit having moved into a new flat based on a promised delivery date.
Vague promises about some form of compensation but will probably be a discount of my next order. This is pointless, I'll never use this company again and I strongly suggested you all shop elsewhere
