Joe in the Basildon branch was amazing
Joe in the Basildon branch was amazing. Friendly, helpful and very informative. Felt listened too, and valued as a customer. Very happy with our purchase.
Only thing I would say, the second member of staff that checked our order ( a lady I didn't catch her name ... not as friendly.. didn't look up from her ipad once while asking the questions... )
Anyway Joe made up for it with his warm and friendly character.

The customer advisor was brilliant
The customer advisor was brilliant. He wasn’t a pushy salesman and gave us all of the information we needed clearly with no misunderstandings.
He informed us of the benefits of each add on and allowed us to feel like we could choose to add things on without feeling pressured to.

Awesome customer service
Ordered some new sofas today at DFS and the customer service from start to finish was great. Right from the moment I stepped into the store and through to placing an order, the sales adviser was incredibly helpful. The adviser was always friendly and courteous. I visited the store several times before I finally made a decision and each time I visited, there was no pressure from the adviser to make a sale.
