Thoughtless customer service!

Was a little sceptical to order as the prices were much lower than other websites but they arrived within 2-3 days of ordering and are spot on! Will defo order from here again and recommend to family & friends.

Fabulous communication over email and constant updates. Quality product couldn’t be happier.

Saw that DGB sold Oliver Peoples for a great deal cheaper and was sceptical but thought I’d give them a try - genuine OP glasses that came super quickly. When I had an issue with my prescription being inaccurate and needing the glasses reglazed, DGB offered a very reasonable and quick service to do so (sent glasses back on a Monday and arrived reglazed by Friday). Very satisfied and impressed!!

Chloe was so helpful, I bought some glasses online and they were far too big, I happened to be in the area so I popped in, and she supported me to get some new frames and get the glass cut so that I didn't lose any money. I'm so happy with my new glasses and even happier that I didn't lose out, with Chloe's support. Thank you so much! A down to earth and friendly shop, makes a huge difference to customer service.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses for Father’s Day, knew there was a 7-10 day time for processing but then would be sent 48 hours - so plenty of time. I chased for an update on day 7 and was told they were still expecting them. Chased on day 10 to be told that they weren’t in stock and would now be 2-3 weeks. And due to their delay in telling me I can’t source them elsewhere in time for Father’s Day. A complete disappointment.

Can't thank you enough guys! The frames were shipped from supplier, so it took a bit longer. I am going on holiday tomorrow and didn't thought they would be ready - but Hooray! Customer service updated me regularly and went extra mile to send my glasses by Special delivery, so I can take it with me on holiday. How very cool is this? Arrived in perfect condition, the lenses are fantastic quality!
I will not just buy again as soon as I come back home as I need another pair of reading glasses but will recommend to anyone I know.

Really great customer service! I was super surprised to get such good customer service. I ordered a pair of rayban glasses (there were 2 sizes available) - I think it took around 10 days to get the glasses & I realised I would prefer the smaller frame. I messaged on the website chat and within a couple of minutes they had reordered the new smaller frames for me. I returned the first pair tracked (approx £5 for returns royal mail) and then received the new glasses just over a week later. I could have bought these glasses from a few different online companies but went for DGB due to their good reviews- super helpful customer service!
