I am extremely happy with the Oakley Split Shot sunglasses and the service from DGB. They were able to deliver within three days of ordering, and their communication was excellent, unlike other companies who kept my money for weeks and then unable to fulfil the order. Well done DGB!

Ordered my ysl sunglasses on the Saturday received them on the Monday I absolutely love them customer service and delivery packaging, everything first class will definitely use again and recommend thankyou 😀

Excellent service and good prices

I used the chat function to check to see what stock was available. Emma was great. She told me they were and that if I wanted to go ahead she would put my name down on them.
They arrived a week later, super pleased with them.

I was browsing there site and noticed they offer price matching which is great!! I found a pair I liked on there site and then found them £18 cheaper on another site amivista which is based in the UK. I then proceeded to ring there customer number and spoke to a lady who said they couldn’t price matching which that because it’s from a foreign company which I explained it is not and she didn’t really have much to say. False advertisement!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses, and I am beyond impressed! The product is 100% genuine and came with the official brand cloth and case. The delivery was incredibly quick. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and will definitely shop here again. Highly recommended!

I've not used an independant online optician before and was worried I might be gambling with a fairly large amount of money. However, I needn't have worried. Before I ordered I wanted to know quite a lot about the sourcing of the lenses. Lucy gave me fast advice by chat having verified the information I needed. Then I pushed the button and bought. The glasses arrived after only 1 week and they are perfect. Using DGB has saved me £300. My wife has asked me to save their details for when she next changes her glasses. Result.

I think it's important to leave good feedback, as well as bad, and Designer Glasses Boutique certainly deserves the excellent feedback it gets.

Their prices are competitive, but that often means the service isn't great. That's certainly not the case here. The customer experience is superb.

It's always hard to pick frames online and I had to order three pairs before I found one that looked right and fitted well. I then returned the other two, leaving them at the post office at 4pm in the afternoon. By 2pm the next day, they had initiated the refund. That's really good, and quite rare.

I shall definitely go back again.

One of the best businesses that I have ever used. I have bought 7 pairs of glasses from them over the last ten years and they have always made it such an easy and enjoyable experience. The most helpful and friendly staff, and inparticularly the business owner Fiona, thet are faultless in how they go about making it a great customer experience. When spending a considerable amount of money on something that is so important to day-to-day life it's great to have the certainty that any problems or issues will be sorted with ease and efficiency.
I can recommend them highly enough. 10 stars!

I am very pleased with my experience of shopping with DGB.
I was desperate to get a particular pair of frames, and managed to track what could be one of the few remaining currently, in uk 🤣, at DGB as everywhere else was ‘awaiting stock’.
 I rang DGB and Lucy (nice to speak to a human instead of a bot or submitting an online form) was very kind and placed the last frame on hold for me I until I could complete my order that afternoon.

Checkout was easy, and I got a quick notification that my order was in progress. 
My lovely new shiny wayfarers, with varifocals, arrived to me in 8 days from ordering, securely packaged. I’ve ordered my glasses online for around 15 years now, and DGB is the quickest order completion I’ve ever experienced, and I only used to order single vision, by comparison. Some places charge for expediting more complex orders, from exploring the market. 
All in all, a great experience.

My only issues would be that their live stock count online could be adjusted possibly, as I don’t think it was true to stock numbers when I initially looked at ordering, hence my call to the store - I was able to add 100 pairs to basket, by mistake through a typo 🤓. However maybe they have addressed this as they removed the frame from the website once I had ordered.
Also, nobody checked on my Pupillary Distance at DGB, prior to lens manufacture (pd is never usually on prescriptions, you have to ask your optician and add yourself). Could’ve gone wrong if my lenses were out of tolerance, but after checking with DGB post receipt of glasses, all was ok pd wise, just luck really.
This doesn’t affect my good experience, I’m just mentioning it as I am sure DGB probably read these - maybe these issues have been addressed or are worth knowing about.
I’ll order again in future without hesitation.

was the only place online that had the oliver peoples glasses i wanted in my size….. for 100 quid cheaper than the main site! bit the bullet and purchased with essilor lenses. arrived in 4 days! couldnt be more impressed with the service
