I did not realise you had to put the prints in the frames yourself, as if they were photos. I also thought the prints would not be paper posters. At least the colours were correct.

I was expecting a print size to cover…
I was expecting the print to cover the entire size and area I selected but there was a large border included as part of the print size which made the image smaller.

The ordering process was super smooth, and so was the delivery. The prints that I ordered were very nice and printed on good quality paper. Would definitely order more prints from Desenio!!!

They send posters with the wrong size
They send posters with the wrong size - I sent multiple emails with photos, and they are refusing to refund them. What a total pain. I don’t want to pay for shipping to return your defective item.

:,( My package was already late. I inquired by email. Customer service gave me the wrong tracking for a late package that arrived in a completely different city. 23 days after I ordered, I am told my package is lost, and he automatically refunded it instead of priority shipping me a replacement immediately. Desenio, I want to love you, but...... really??
UPDATE on how Desenio is "making it right" as their reply states below: I paid for a Black Friday sale price for a canvas, and Edward from CS has offered to let me purchase again at the regular price without any expedited shipping.
