Great experience with my first order…

Great experience with my first order from Desenio. The print and frame are beautiful and came in solid packaging. It arrived three days after placing the order one week before Christmas. The overall experience could not have been better.

2 deliveries, 1 bent

It came in 2 different shipments without explanation. I thought part of my order was missing until 3 days later. The 2nd part came in bend because there wasn't enough structure in the envelope.

Good selection, but never arrives perfectly

This is the second time I've ordered from Desenio . I appreciate the options to choose from and the quick delivery, but both times I've ordered from Desenio one of my prints has been a little bent in the corner. Never enough to deal with customer service, but enough to be disappointing and question the quality.

seriously delayed

Placed order on 12/16. It is now 1/7 and I have not received any tracking info. Was very excited for my art but at this point wondering if I should just cancel the order. Super bummed.

Order arrived very fast

Order arrived very fast. I have ordered many prints from desenio and am always happy with them. However this was the first time I ordered a frame. I guess I should have read the description better because I was not impressed. There was no backing, just cheap metal slide things to hold the print in place. And it was acrylic not glass. I could have bought the same thing at Walmart for a lot less. So while I will continue to buy prints I will not buy another frame

The AI image generator, with various style choices, was just amazing. It took a while to get the wording just right, and also to get the image that really felt right -- but I just loved it.

Desenio Fixed My Mistake On A Custom Order STAT

I ordered a custom print and frame. I paid twice in error. I knew a custom print couldn't be refunded. I was scared I was out the money and would get a double order. I immediately emailed Desenio for help, but since Desenio customer service call-in was closed for a week during the holidays, I had little hope the second payment would be canceled in time. They responded the next day that they canceled the second payment and assured me I was getting one order. I have the custom print. It is fabulous. I love buying from Desenio. I love the choices. I will use them for custom photos from here on out.

Bad quality print. Very dull color. Wrinkles.

Bad quality print. The colors are too dull. The picture wrinkles inside the frame they sent so it looks bad overall. I tried to fix it but it doesn't work. Looks bad and cheap.
